Why ?<\/h3>\n

2017<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

A client asks us to design a 4×2000 L CIP station equiped with 1 transfer line and 3 main requirements : ready to ship, easy to set up, completely autonomous<\/strong>. This client confirm his satisfaction by three other orders.<\/p>\n

Based on this observation,\u00a0 we decide to create a project team<\/strong> and to make a market study.<\/p>\n

The sum up of this study showed us the need to go back to fundamentals<\/strong>, wich is to offer a CIP station matching efficiently the basic function<\/strong> : cleaning according to the TACT.<\/p>\n

We also note that no one on the market offers a standard CIP station. Even though the standard implies limited choices, it is essentially a homogeneous equipment, cheaper than the custom-made and available in a short time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2018<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

We unveil in March the first standard NEPTUNE \u00ae 4-2000-1-20<\/span>, a basic product at a controlled price<\/strong>. The customer can upgrade<\/strong> according to his needs, within the limits of the options defined.<\/p>\n

2019<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The NEPTUNE \u00ae 4-5000-1-30<\/span> will be marketed at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n

Energy management<\/h3>\n

Running water consumption<\/strong><\/span> is calculated thanks to the flowmeter on customer\u2019s new water supply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The power supply<\/strong><\/span> is provide for in three-phase 25A<\/strong> and the compressed air<\/span><\/strong> between 4 to 6 bars<\/strong> of pressure.<\/p>\n

Flow rate customizable<\/span><\/strong> thanks to the centrifugal pump<\/strong> on a frequency inverter.
\nOption<\/strong> : modification of the pump.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cleaning media\u2019s heating<\/strong><\/span> is made with direct steam injection<\/strong> in the pipes which, thanks to the circulation loop, allows to warm in line and in masked time<\/strong>.
\nOption<\/strong> : heating through plate exchanger.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conditioning<\/strong><\/span> is made while the station is still, it is always ready to use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The cleaning media refilling<\/span><\/strong> is automatic, by injection in the pipes<\/strong> to enhence their mixing.<\/p>\n

Concentration checking<\/span><\/strong> is made after refilling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cleaning factors<\/h3>\n

Validation of the respect of the instructions of qualification of the cleaning<\/span><\/strong> thanks to the probes on the sending and the return. They allow a continuous reading<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Temperature regulation<\/span><\/strong> on the sending thanks to steam flow regulation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Media temperature check<\/span><\/strong> thanks to other sensors on alkaline and acid sections<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Temperature extra<\/strong><\/span> is ade in the loop, in line and when sending<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Options :<\/strong><\/span>
\n – self-rinsing<\/strong> : asic rinsing with spray balls conected to new water circuit.<\/span>
\n – self-cleaning<\/strong> : loops of alkaline and acid in every sections, with a final rinsing with new water.<\/span>
\n For these two options, sections are equipped with otary spray balls.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety<\/h3>\n

High safety level<\/strong><\/span> thanks to presure probes and level probes. They warm is case of problem and prevent the pumps<\/strong> from running dry.<\/p>\n

Real time level d\u00e9tection<\/strong><\/span> in each section<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Automatic clogging detection<\/strong><\/span> on the filter, to avoid clogging<\/strong> and alert operator.
\nOption<\/strong> : self rinsing of filter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Checking valves position<\/strong> <\/span>(manual mode) thanks to position probes.<\/p>\n

Steering<\/h3>\n

3 modes<\/span><\/strong> :
\n– automatic<\/strong> : launching customized recipes (shadow time preparation) ;
\n– manual<\/strong> : accessible only with password, allow to maintain equipment or force some functions ;
\n– onward march<\/strong> : to force manually the conditionning.<\/p>\n

Fault recording<\/strong><\/span> is limited on standard version.
\nOption<\/span><\/strong> : tracability and complete saving of cycles on USB key.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bang-bang control<\/strong><\/span> :
\n– 15 recipes ; <\/strong>
\n– fault ; <\/strong>
\n– recipe\u2019s start. <\/strong><\/p>\n

PLC informations table<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0at disposal via Ethernet<\/strong> allows to transfer more information such as :\u00a0 conductivity, flow rates, temperatures, levels …<\/strong><\/p>\n
